The Canucks might FINALLY be cooked…

The Vancouver Canucks and Winnipeg Jets played a game today that had the Canucks lose a crucial two points in their NHL playoff race. Pius Suter stays hot but Kyle Connor and the Jets were too much this time around.

  1. Thank god they’re cooked, sick of this bullshit ass season, Dinosaur Tocchet and Benning 2.0 need to be booted out ASAP

  2. I suppose we shouldn't expect this year's Canucks team to be able to consistently beat the best teams in the league, so I'm not disappointed about today's loss.

    I'll say this.

If the Canucks can win their next TWO games, then they are still alive.

If, however, they do NOT win BOTH of their next two games, I'm calling the season over.

  3. Next season would most likely be the last straw for everyone on the team. If they miss playoffs best believe everyone is traded

  4. Its defense. And the goalies are either tired or coming off injury. Letting Zadorov go was insane. I dont get it. Either way it didn't work out and now it's a rebuild. They have to do it fast, because next seasons coming, and you don't want more of the same.

  5. Keep positive! We’re not out of it yet and if you are super down and out about the play offs, focus on the good things these young guys are doing and what they can do to make this team better next season.

  6. The season has been abysmal, but there's been reason for optimism later in the season. I really don't care that much about a first round exit. Let's get everyone healthy and conditioned for next season.

  7. Yep, the Blues or the Wild would have to go on a major loosing skid while the Kanucks would have to win their remaining games. Both scenarios aren't likely to happen.

  8. Trading kuzmenko when we were doing so good makes so sense..
We’ve been fucked since he was shipped to Calgary.

  9. The problems with this franchise start at the very top, OWNERSHIP! Until Aquilini is gone, absolutely nothing will change in Vancouver.

  10. I blame PA for most of this season's woes. He came out at the end of last with furrowed brow and said he was unhappy with the 2nd round exit and vowed to do better this year. Then he proceeded to completely screw up the mix and got rid of key players and replaced them with Temu sale bin players. I also think he should have found some kind of bigger / tougher winger to replace Dak while he tried to get his game back. He played an important role last year and was a shadow of himself this year. He gambled and so far failed miserably with Petey. And we're likely going to let Brock go for nothing and miss the playoffs. OOF
