While I love Backs he's too forgiving of mistakes, including his own. The captain needs to be hard on the team and set a standard of play for others to strive towards and then hold them accountable. Maybe that's happening behind the cameras but the results of his leadership are a team that is trending downward as the season comes to an end, meanwhile St Louis is trending upwards. It's frustrating to hear "turn the page" when there were things to learn from this game that are getting swept-under-the-rug. Grrrr…
