Army did a master class job retooling the lineup. The EDM twins thievery was next level, but I've really enjoyed watch Cam Fowler add that something indescribably extra to the D. A savvy pick up for sure. Looking forward to the stretch run. Keep up the speed and the forecheck boys, it can will carry you a long way now….
We also need to talk about that cursed last wild card spot in the East. Every team in contention the last couple years has TANKED at the end. If you take the 4 teams within a point of that last spot, their combined record for their last 10 is 12-20-8. NONE of them have a winning record in that stretch.
I’m not convinced of a cup win yet. Just like 2019, they need to prove they aren’t frauds, that they can win a round against a top contender. Then I’ll start believing a little more. But it’s definitely been fun to watch so far. Best I’ve felt about this team a a few years.

Some teams after winning it all, have that look about them. I'm routing for the Canucks but the Blues do have the edge, however it won't make any difference for St. Louis. There are teams in the West they simply can't beat.
