Nashville Predators Jonathan Marchessault thought he had the buzzer-beater to tie the game 3-3 against the St. Louis Blues, but after review, the puck crossed the line just tenths of a second too late. With the heartbreaking loss, the Predators are officially eliminated from playoff contention, while the Blues extend their winning streak to eight games.

Ew what a goal
I got So nervous
I was so scared, so glad it wasnβt a goal!π
You had 60 minutes to score your 3rd goal. Why wait so long?
How do the blues keep winning?
Right now… if ya play da Blues… you lose feeling da blues!!
I need that fantasy point
A summary of Nashvilleβs szn :/
Poor marchy got robbedπ I wish Vegas never swapped em, heβs so fun to watch
8 in a row.
Iβm a fan of neither of these teams. Just wondering: do fans actually like this rule? Itβs always bugged me. In the NBA, the ball just needs to leave the playerβs hands in order to count after the buzzer. In the NHL, wouldnβt it be better if the puck just needed to leave the playerβs stick in order to count? As long as no one but the goalie touches the puck after the buzzer, I feel it should count if it goes in. But Iβm interested to hear what everyone else thinks.
Almost better to not even put the puck in the net

Delicious heartbreak for the Predators. Giving up two goals so quickly in the 3rd period and being eliminated from the playoffs by the red hot Blues.
BRO I WAS THERE I WAS SO MAD IT SHOULD HAVE COUNTED ITS ABSOLUTELY SO STUPID THAT IT DIDNT
And that decision eliminates Nashville from playoff contention.
