Honestly, I don't think this counts. He has 4 seasons where the number of points he scored is lower then the number of regular season games that teams played that season. 18 of Gretzky's seasons meet this metric. That's like saying someone batted .300 for 20 MLB seasons when they have seasons in there with under 100 at bats. This is made up nonsense.
Gretzky records are toppling and it's the two players who 20 years ago were said to be able to do it. Incredible

Crosby deserves to be on the Mount Rushmore for the NHL, when you consider all his concussions problems in the prime of his career and he’s still rivalling Gretzky for records, can only imagine if he hadn’t had those problems, dude deserves that top four spot when anyone talks about hockey players

NHL will miss Crosby when he decides to retire. I’m so grateful to have been able to watch home play since his minor hockey days to the amazing player and person he’s become. It’s just amazing especially thinking back to all the injuries he’s had to overcome during his prime years. I hope Crosby gets to play with McDavid again also. Awesome to see those two legends having fun on the ice
