I think the Bruins all but officially jumped the shark the very moment Marchand failed to put away the game-winning breakaway against Florida in Game 5 of the 2022/23 series. It led to a cataclysmic breakdown of the team and now they're marinating in total mediocrity, with certain danger of missing out this season.

Vatrano got a 10 minute misconduct yet Callahan had one of the most vicious crosschecks to Harkins throat and only got 2 minutes. Refs were awful.

One thing this video failed to point out, and I was at the game so I saw it firsthand, was the fact that the Bruins were putting a lot of pressure on the Ducks' defense and the net. Unfortunately for Boston, that didn't happen until there were three minutes left in the game and they trailed by four. The Sharks could have won handily against the Bruins team that showed up tonight.
I just came here to say that Boston in its last 7 game has a score of 13-36 xD … their defense is basically nonexistent xD

Jansen Harkins comes from a very noteworthy hockey family. His father, Todd Harkins, was a skilled, tough forward at Miami University in the late 1980s when they were still building up the D-I program. He then played in the NHL. Jansen's uncle, Brett Harkins, was a standout forward at Bowling Green State University under coach Jerry York and then he later played for the Bruins.

Haven't seen the Ducks dominate a team like that this season, the 1st and 2nd period were so, so good.
