I'm really liking dobson playing his ass off the whole team is i hope they read this bc damn these guys are putting in the hustle so I wanna thank them
This is a great thing for the Islanders. Hopefully Noah continues his current play and the team gets into the playoffs. But let’s not get it twisted. He stunk for 46 games, he goes down with an injury and the team PLAYED BETTER. As you said it’s a contract year, of course he is focused now. Roy needs to use this to his advantage and finish the season strong. This summer they need to shop him and get a seasoned defensemen that can play defense (he is not good on D)
The isles have offense, they just let up to many 3rd period goals especially when Obson is on the ice.
That goal against Pitt, he dove in the crease….yes he got the goal but if that took a bad bounce thats a 2 on 1 the other way. Way out if position IMO
Dobson is stepping up his game but I also believe he must be traded in the summer for a young solid defenseman who is consistent. Dobson is not consistent.

#8 plays best in no pressure scenarios. He is best suited on a losing team.
