Watching this, there is a good GM inside Adams, but it just needs to show itself more aggressively
Adams just needs to be allowed to do more, I think him Pegula needs to step back and let the man work. Adams seems to operate a little bit on tip toes around Pegula. Either let him BUILD a hockey team or get rid of him and let somebody else BUILD a hockey team, but don't act like your this hockey player analyst that he isn't. He's a hockey fan, let the professionals do what they are paid to do.

The Sabres really do a great job with these embedded videos but I can’t even watch this one. I don’t have it in me anymore to listen to Kev🌴n cosplaying as a GM anymore. It’s a real shame what Terry and Adams have done to OUR team.
Say what you will about Cozens, but his teammates respected the hell out of him and he stayed on the ice.
Kevyn Adams has to consult everyone in the organization including the janitor on their opinions about a minor trade. Just having more “conversations”. Mr Adams do your job and let everyone else do theirs.
I like this video but it also showed me that why does Terry Pegula (who was on the phone/group call) have to be on a call with every trade/signing? This is the scary part of what we feared, was that Pegula was in on most (if not all) talks around signings and trades.
Why give away Cozens for a fragile player who’s always injured? Cozens was never a true centre. He’s a winger

you can't manage a team by committee. A GM must be smart, decisive and know what type of players with the character to win and hate to lose. There have been too many in Buffalo that don't.

This organization is a complete joke. I haven't even been able to watch games this year for the first time in 40 years, Pegula has absolutely destroyed this franchise. Adams has no business being a GM, and wouldnt be in any other organization. Pegula has no business sticking his nose into these negotiations and trades, and the past 14 years prove that. These guys are all mouth pieces for our insufferable owner and this organization is going nowhere until Pegula sells or finally wakes tf up.
It is a shame that the NHL allows the players to dictate where they get to play hockey with the “no trade clause”. It’s also a shame that Jack Eichel was able to negotiate his way out of a contract and use Injury and treatments as reasons for his inevitable departure. Eichel is a once a decade type player. He’s arguably a top 5 player in the world. How is this possible? Then you have Dahlin and Power, who are fine players but are not Makar or Hughes.

Ottawa would have given Norris away for free to get rid of that 7.8-7.9 cap hit
Norris is a true center he says but he has only 2 primary assists on the season in 54-55 games. Usually a center is a good playmaker who collects assists. He is very good at scoring goals but never shoots much, next year if he does start shooting he could get 35-40 goals and maybe 5 assists lol
Can't believe I'm saying this but I give GMKA one more season, or half season if they flop. Pressure is on now. Get rid of assistant coach Mophead (Karmanos) (Is Peca available ??) and hire Ryan Miller as goalie coach. Grab Jake Allen or resign Reimer and have UPL as 1A/B and playing less. Get another RHD and aquire another true BIG power forward (think Tkachuk) either 1st round or trade. That's my wishful blueprint anyways.

The fact this franchise continues to promote this absolute garbage merely emphasizes how utterly incompetent every phase of the operation is. Every other team LOVES making deals with this poverty franchise. Cheers to another 14 years! Also so nice of them to keep Terry on speakerphone during the whole process. The future is bright!
