There really should be a sensor in the puck so it's an instant review, even if it's in the glove or under the pads. At least 1 goal a week is disallowed because "you couldn't see the puck" but it's probably in underneath the goalie. The Fox glowing puck (as silly as it was) it did give you an indication as to the puck's location. I'm sure technology is better (and cheaper) than it was 20+ years ago.
