  1. Let’s stop blaming goaltending! No more excuses! The team plays a dominant game and looks like an absolute circus in the defensive zone. Sure, you’d like a 5 on 5 goal but this is just exposing our biggest weaknesses rn. I’m okay with Forsy… you’d like a save on JBD but a game against Buffalo should NOT come down to a goaltending battle

  2. "Try to hurt someone"? Really martian???? What a horrible mentality to have. No one should ever try to deliberately hurt someone in sports

  3. I can’t wait until 4Z is gone and they don’t have him as a scape goat to blame. I can’t believe I literally just heard someone say “IF 4Z wasn’t in nets and Ully was starting, I think we win this game 2-1”. Are you serious? Have you watched Ullmark play as of late? You think we are getting s wins only giving him 2 goals of help? Bwahahahahahahahahhahahahaha

  4. Versus BUF this season the Sens are 0-3, have been out scored 12-3, and of those 3 goals 2 were PP goals. Just not acceptable.

There’s a saying that comes to mind…”you gotta win the win-ables”.

This Sens team goes 3-0 versus a cup contender team Toronto, then goes 0-3 versus MTL and 0-3 versus Buffalo, 2 teams that the Sens SHOULD beat. It’s no wonder Sens fans get frustrated with the team.

The Sens still have 3 games against CBJ, a team that is chasing a wildcard spot and a team they SHOULD beat. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Sens lose all 3.

  5. Hated watching the team dump and not chase during the 3rd — that can't be in anyone's winning strategy. But considering Greener didn't know that Hammer played more 5v5 than his top defensive pairing, I think it's safe to say the game (and the strategies) completely got away from him.

Sens need to work on their line changes when they have the advantage. A consistent behaviour for them, through out this season, has been hemming their opponents in but no one goes off for a change so there's no advantage as everyone is tired. The upshot of Brady's aggravated injury the other game was that it forced 20s-30s shifts and we got to see them roll their lines a lot better.

Zetty on line 1 is a big adjustment for everyone as all the lineups are now new. Can't be overlooked that Bath had a crazy pass, is he back??, Timmy put the jets on a couple of times, and Perron was a dawg out there tonight. There was some good moments tonight even if the defense and tactics came up short. Maybe the boys aren't used to playing while ahead.

  6. This team had possession time on the goalie pull, and didn't look threatening at all. It's nice to see this team win, but they just don't have that killer instinct. I hope to see that within the next 2 years.

  7. The Sens have yet to this regular season earn a standings point against the Habs or Sabres despite having played a combined six games against such teams. That’s 12 potential standings points down the drain.

  8. I mean, the Sabres beat the Jets and they are one of the best in the league at the moment. And the Sabres have the Sens' number this season; HOWEVER, that was an embarrassing loss.

  9. Hamonic is just SLOW in every sense. Slow skating, slow thinking, slow reactions. He's so over the hill

  10. I dont usually complain much, but this love fest for Hamonic and Gaudette needs to stop. At this point, I'd rather have Matinpalo / Crookshank play. Green definitely has his favorites 😂

  11. Yup. The players came to buffalo last night. Tkachuk, Stutzle, a couple others were there as well. The players played a great 10 or 15 minutes, then when the game was well in hand or when it looked like they (players) can just snap their fingers and get back into the game, it was lost. There was no effort after 10 or 15 minutes. It went on cruise control. Same thing happened with the Montreal game. Very frustrating when the players thinks they can just quit and not play the rest of the game. And the 2nd goal Forsberg let in, any Atom league goalie can stop that one. I did not see the 3rd goal, I just shut it off after the 1st 17 minutes of the 1st period as I knew the end result.

  12. Too bad Timmy can't score. He gets the most ice time in the team, he is fast and very very talented but he can't score goals. I know he has 20 goals but it's not enough for such a good player like him. He should be over 30 goals like Caufield and DeBrincat. In my opinion, these players are very good but Timmy is better. Where is the solution???
