1 week ago it was the best defense in the NHL. Now the deepest forward group. You guys have completely lost it. Third place in the Pacific and you are spewing this stuff. Must be the cold Canadian air finally getting to you.
Saying we are deeper than vegas, colorado, dallas and winnipeg is a pretty tough thing hear. And I have bled blue and orange for 4 decades.
Look, if you can put frederick up with mac and hyman, put kane with draisaitl and skinner, you have a banger on each of the top lines. Then put the nugget with henrique and perry and stick brown, marky and pods together, then you have a pretty stout 4 lines. Maybe swap perry and pods but thats it.
If Bouchard and ekholm are a pair, nurse and walman, klingberg or stetcher with kulak, ya can make a dent in playoffs. If they dont do those lines…finished.
If everybody played well and to their ability we would be a pretty deep team but I don't know about being the deepest team in the west…
would have signed holloway instead if archvi . of course this is after the fact but still that was a bad choice . we lost so much speed…
