Coach is feeling what most of us have been feeling lately. This is certainly the time of the season when you should be playing your best and they're playing like they started the year. Mikko and that top line is not clicking and all three were a -2 tonight. He's pissed off because they're getting whipped by the better teams……ALL of them. Can't keep getting behind multiple goals early and that's exactly what is plauging them against the top teams. Effort and toughness isn't a talent or skill its a character trait and they haven't shown enough to beat the big boys and barely the weaker ones.
Casey DeSmith saved 36 shots and gets the games Second Star; sure hope Pete sticks with Casey because he's looking like the one to stick with, at least at this point.

unfortunately it feels like the press are being fluffy because the stars are the only decent team in the market currently and people are affraid to lose that.
I watched Robo like a hawk tonight. He was lolly gagging hard. He refused to skate, and just dangled at the red line. DeBoer noticed it too, because Robo sat a good portion of the third period. I’m tired of waiting for him to step up. Acts like he doesn’t want to. Watch the tape. It doesn’t lie.
