EJ wasnt playing in Philly cuz they are rebuilding & had a conversation with him that they wanted their young guys to play,& EJ to mentor them,& bring all the intangibles. But it sas z blessing for him,& us-he hasnt got beat up all season.
Of the three, I think you've got to pull Kelly from the lineup. Kivi has been a revelation this season, and Drury is probably one of the most prototypical fourth line centers you could find. Great on draws, great defensively and on the pk, and he's probably a little more skilled than the other two. A 4th line of Landy, Drury and Kivi would be scary.
If he's only 60% of his former self, 3 years out of game experience, no, he isn't better than Kimi, Drury or Kelly. If he's close to his old self…then sure. It's always about what he has left in that leg.
ya if landy comes back he better be 4th line bound cant be messing up the top lines in playoffs . even then idk i like how all the lines are gelling right now .
Kiviranta is on the 3rd line and has played amazing no way is he coming out. Drury is one of the best faceoff guys on the team and locked in at center so he's not coming out. The question is whether Kelly or O'Connor would come out. It's probably Kelly but chances are he'll get back in the lineup at some point when some other forward gets injured.
What a silly question, of course he'll play if he's good enough to play. He has not been rehabbing, working out and practicing with the team for shits and giggles. And they've won 1 round since he got injured and are currently 3rd in the division, so it's not like the team is some super successful boat that you don't want to rock either.

I would love to see Landeskog back on….But I think letting him keep practicing will surely get his knee back to 100% …
with LTIR, it makes all the sense in the world for him to attempt his comeback in the playoffs.
