  1. Team got hard exposed by rush team.

Happy to see Staois fixing this by bringing in Cozens and Zetty but boy, is Green too stubborn to change the lineups.

Just look at the that horrendous PK; they give the guy down low so much time…

  2. 31:00, I honestly just want 1 home win in the playoffs and I'll be happy. We're building for a team to be competitive every year., also, anything can happen in the playoffs.

  3. Zetterlund has to play with Timmy, there is no other option. We still do not have a single winger on the team who is fast enough to keep up with Timmy’s A game AND has a lethal and key point, elevated, shot. If zetterlund doesn’t work up there they are gonna have to find another. This team still doesn’t have a true top line threat because they haven’t found that pairing with our ace center. Every other competitive team has it. So for me you gotta leave Zetty up there and see if chemistry developed. He’s got the shot and he has the speed and he also has the added benefit of being a big boy. Brady is fine on Timmy’s LW but Brady is also a much much slower hockey player so he can’t keep up with a full on Timmy rush play. So I think this needs to be given time, zetterlund and Timmy need to be having sleep overs and share bedtime stories so they get some serious chemistry going.

  4. Two professionals Ottawa Hockey Teams winning on the same ice, the same day (on Saturday) and nobody is talking about that. Really sad. Congrats to The Charge. It was a huge win against the Sirens.

  5. I do think Wally is right in saying that just getting to the playoffs is already a success for this season, but people are not gonna be satisfied if they lose in 4 in the first round

  6. Same thing happen to my wife and her family in the mid 80’s in Boston. She was 10 at the time and they when for a walk . Don’t known where in Boston but a cop picked them up and said don’t be walking around here .

  7. Graham 100% disagree about having to be competitive in round one if we make the playoffs, there is no sense that will be unhappy

  8. The encouraging sign is we make the playoffs that’s all we need right now. That’s all we were promised and that’s what we will take.

  9. Touching on defense, since the New Year, only 5 players on the team are plus players (that aren’t Cozens who has only played 8 games, or Norris who is no longer here). Although plus/minus isn’t everything, that’s pretty concerning when you compare it to the 11 other players who are minus players (minimum of 20 games played). Chabot and DP are an even rating. I think less would be said about the defence if the five on five scoring improved. It’s gotten better, but their puck possession numbers have been down for a while now and I think their lack of scoring plus o-zone time is pointing towards them not controlling play within the o-zone and not producing enough scoring chances. The best defence is a good offence

  10. I agree with Wally, all the games that they won while allowing few goals they won because of Ullmark, except maybe against Philly, which was probably the best game in a while. They’re much better at defending around the net and on the rush but defending in their zone they’re way too passive and leaving guys wide open at the point, letting the other team shrink the zone. Especially against Montreal, goals 2, 3 and 4 were because there was a wide open guy at the point who had time to shoot or make a play
