This is what happens to the tough guys in the modern nhl. It's why they wind up not playing overly physical. Because anything even close to borderline they will get the book thrown at them.
Rempe is a big dude but that’s not anybody else’s fault. Yeah that penalty was unfortunate and probably shouldn’t have been called but rempe doesn’t get the benefit of doubt because when he does throw hits he has been known to injure guys and throw dirty hits.
I’m a Wild fan. Given the amount of times he’s been suspended I’m not surprised the refs have it out for him. I like Rempe but he kind of got in his own way.
