The team seems to be snake bit ever since the trade deadline. Very frustrating. Love the effort but just can’t seem to score. The points they have given up the past 6 games are huge. This loss may have just cost them the playoffs. Still pulling for the guys…just hurts when they can’t get rewarded with the goals and points.
Love the jackets and just want to see them prove everybody wrong. Columbus is a great young but talented team and I just want them to be successful. Hurting with you guys.
Welp time to look to next season
Tough to see the leaders of the team cough up goals on soft plays and turnovers in the d zone, then claim that they're playing well because they're getting lots of shots and chances. 3 goals should've been enough to beat one of the worst teams in the league. Inexcusable to lose like that with playoff hopes fading. "Still a lot of hockey to be played" is going to quickly turn into "next year" very soon.
At what point do the leaders call a players only meeting? 6 game losing streak all while putting up 30 shots a game, something isn’t working
Just typical Columbus type play. Would have been great if management actually did something to help before the trade deadline. No legitimate top six forward, no help on defense. It is almost like they just wanted to let the season end for a better draft spot.
