Jeff Paterson stops by to share his thoughts on all things Canucks from last night including the obvious need for a guy like Filip Chytil, the possibility of Raty coming up from Abbotsford, and the season long fallout of a terrible overtime record.

stop putting Brock and Myers on the ice… they seem to be on when we lose… sorry but Brock cant be playing in ot he's too fuckin slow:( thanks for the memories Brock will see u in Minnesota
Maybe Iām still riding the high of the W over WPG but Iām happy we got 3 out of the last 4 pts.
Canucks won at home against Calgary 3-1 (in regulation) earlier this season, Jeff.
Sigh do I even bother watching this?
Jeff is pretty predictable in almost all of his analyses about the Canucks over the years, doesn't matter what they do (win or lose). Always depressing takes
DeBrusk didn't deserve ice in OT.
3 on. 3 you need rules. 1. possession is everything 2. stall if you need to get better match up 3. goalie dont freeze the puck 4. throw the back into your own end 5. etc, etc
defending 2 on 1 terrible strategy. 2 on 1 isnt 2 on 1. we have a goalie that is a player which makes it 2 on 2. Defender takes the off man and let the goalie take shooter.
3v3 is fun to watch but stupid
In all the Canucks OT losses this year do we have a break down on which Canucks are on the ice for all the losses. Is there a sum what common denominator of these players. This may possibly show something.
I'd have put Sherwood out there in OT over JDB 100%
March 22 ā @ Rangers (OTW)
March 24 ā @ Devils (L)
March 26 ā @ Islanders (W)
March 28 ā @ Blue Jackets (W)
March 30 ā @ Jets (L)
April 2 ā vs Kraken (W)
April 5 ā vs Ducks (W)
April 6 ā vs Golden Knights (L)
April 8 ā @ Stars (L)
April 10 ā @ Avalanche (W)
April 12 ā vs Wild (W)
April 14 ā vs Sharks (W)
April 16 ā vs Golden Knights (L)
Can 8 wins , 5 loses 91 points be enough to limp in?
Canucks have no OT heros and you need OT heroes in the playoffs
early on when they still had Miller they lost because Miller kind of sucked at keeping possession and often made poor choices in his passes
