Every game is a must win from now on. That’s the mentality.
I have said it a few times, I believe Savard is going to retire this off season and in trading him the Habs (knowing he will retire) would have had to give full disclosure to the team he is going to or be viewed as an unreliable trading partner in the future. That may be why he mentioned mid round pick. I think Savard stays on as a mentor in a role like Paul Byron but for the D core. They need room for Reinbacher on the right anyways.

Listing reasons to be scared, you forgot to mention their pristine Cap. Once a few of the forwards come off the books everything Cap-wise is so impressive.
I was watching Kyper and Borne yesterday I think it was…they were talking about what team will catch the last wild card in the East. They all like the Rangers. Then they started discussing Montreal. They actually said this and I’m paraphrasing …”I don’t see Montreal getting in…Suzuki as first line center is a problem. He’s maybe 25th best in the league”…my jaw dropped!
