This is exactly why you need mandatory drug test for high-school and college. PEDs are running rampant it the world of track on all levels. That high-schooler doesn't look natural, and coming from someone who's actually from the track and field world, theres a lot more PEDs going around than you could imagine, unfortunately
Just imagine running a 10 three and not qualifying. What a heat to be in. I remember in highschool back in 2004 i ran against brandon sain who ended up going to the NFL. play for the green bay packers. He ran a 10.3 in 8th grade. All these kids will be scouted.
