Good win by the Leafs. But they really need to practice scoring on empty nets when the goalie is pulled. They've had this issue for a few seasons now and it's gonna bite them one day. PP and PK looking good too now. Just please win those two remaining games against Florida!

Washington scored the GWG against the leafs due to the bounce from the ref's skate. So the leafs used to get hurt as well, but this one is way too bizarre🤣🤣🤣🤣

Such a bizzare game. Leafs out played for most of the game .
The deciding goal comes down a shorthanded goal by the Leafs. Assisted by the ref falling down, blocking a clearing shot by the Leafs headed towards the Av's end of the ice. The Leaf player then gets the puck resting near the Av's blueline and scores. I've never seen that happen ? Wild stuff!

I like Woll for faster-paced teams, I don't think Stolarz is 100% physically trusting his body compared to Woll who is still (dumb-and-young) and physically maturing without the major injury surgery scares and still learning how to manage a large workload of games. Stolarz has more to lose simply by health alone, being a long-term tandem starter might be the only way teams will commit to him on a 3-year x3.5mil deal on his next contract.
