The Fans should have the opportunity to grade the quality of the officiating. At the end of the season the 5 Refs and 10 Linesmen with the worst records as determined by the Fans get sent down to the Minors for at least a year.
The names of the Ref & Linesmen should be included in the NHL schedule. Then the Fans could have the opportunity to stay away from the games where Bad Officiating will be assured.
