Bro, just a couple years ago, the organizational depth chart was absolutely baron. Dubas has done an amazing job filling the organization with some strong, exciting young players and a plethora of upcoming draft picks. People can diss on Dubas all they want, but he's done a good job. He's made some mistakes, but no GM has never made a wrong move.

This is the real key to rebuilding – make the foundation strong and build up from there. We know that Sid, Geno and Tanger are on the downhill sides of their careers. While they might have a couple more years in the tank, the wealth of their experience can surely elevate some of these promising future prospects. This year isn’t looking too great, but there is reason to get excited about what we’re seeing in WBS.
Ill be honest and say i didnt have high hopes with dubas and some moves he made and with some players brought in and 1 is karlsson. However he made alot of solid moves turning WBS into a solid ahl team with alot of solid prospects. Dubas literally turned this franchise around with all he has done here. I am excited for the future in pittsburgh and glad dubas came to pittsburgh.
Hey man, can we do a draft only video addressing the projected first 5 picks? Dude, ive heard on multiple outlets how weak this draft is, and over and over fans are crying about the Pens winning and dropping from 5 to 6. Please! Its not gonna matter in this draft imho if we arent picking 1,2
what dubas has done to build up the prospects and the draft picks for the next 3 years is awesome. they have more picks in the first 3 round for the next 3 years than any other team. he will start bundling those and get players that are still under team control. looking forward to 2025-26 and 2026-27.
Rutger needs to be up at the start of next season. Hell, id bring him up now. Why not?

Dubas has made a mess of things . People want to lick his boots because he moved Guentzal for a second round pick while other teams can move Granlund for a first. Sure hes collected some draft picks in a week class, anyone can do that. Now signing Letang into his forties , that takes talent.
