Rempe interference on Shore – is he treated unfairly by officials because of his size?

Matt Rempe was unlucky to get an interference penalty for this contact with Devin Shore. But unlucky is all it is. Anything else is just conspiracy.

  1. Rempe is not treated unfairly. The rest of the NHL is being treated unfairly by Rempe not being banned from the NHL.

  2. Rempe sucks and all the halfwit losers LARPing as “Italians” that comprise the Rags fanbase (even though most of them live in NJ) who love this pylon have a collective IQ of Rempe’s average TOI: .36 seconds

  3. It's a reputation call here, Rempe runs around like a fool every time he's on the ice, so if something like this happens, Rempe is never going to be on the positive end of a call

  4. It sounds like you're basically saying everyone gets bad calls made against them.
    That's probably true.
And the way "Toronto" interprets goaltender interference calls is without logic or consistency from what I've witnessed over the years .

  5. Every time hes on the ice…..people just wait for him to hit someone so they can cry about his physicality. They did the same thing with Trouba. I also loveeeee how….if he fights….hes NOTHING but a goon. If he turns a fight down….NOTHING but a chicken. This is hockey, folks. If youre too squeamish for it, may i recommend something like…. Dora the Explorer or maybe Sesame Street.

  6. Nah, he's treated unfairly because he's a dangerous goon that goes headhunting every night. FIFY.

If he was treated fairly, he'd be out of the league by now, not assessed 2 min for putting an elbow through the back of the head of his opponent.

Rempe makes Tom Wilson look like a saint.
