EJ is such a good culture guy. Not just a good player – because he shows up in the burgundy and blue – and not just a reliable depth piece, but a locker room guy who can really center people during and between games. With so many changes in the locker room this year, I think that was vital for the Avs' soul right now.
The vibes of this team are fucking immaculate right now, the hype is real, this feels like 22. Feels like we've broguth Landy's best friend back cause Landy will play, even if it's 1 fucking shift like Stamkos did in their 2nd win. The vibes are IMMACULATE right now.
WE, WANT, THE, CUP!
And just imagine if maybe Landy gets added to bottom 6 by the playoffs-Im guessing after a rehab stint with the Eagles? Obviously nobody knows but even if he's 70% of his former self can you imagine the emotional lift that'd bring? And we are talking maybe 10-12 minutes on 4th line or something. We don't need him to come back to the top 6 which would be asking way too much.
i was so so so so so happy when we doen the trade to bring the condor back home it is where he belongs. last season we were all saying we could not win the cup with the golaies we had but this season oh man oh man we have two of the best goalies in the league. really looking forward now to the play offs and i truly hope we can go all the way for EJ,
