Myers should be in for Benoit tonight . Benoit was awful last game and it puts a right handed shot with OEL. Alex steeves is scoring at will again with marlies , call him up for more then 2 fucking games

I dont think it matters who where when….lets be straight up, Leafs are not a cup contender, i dont like it, but thats how i see it. They show no indication of being a team that looks like it can make some noise in the playoff's… Have some great players, have some good players, they just dont look like they want to do it!,,,,,,,

You guys laughed at me when I said we shouldn’t have got rid of timmins or dewar . Timmins can actually shoot and have a chance to score ( unlike Benoit ) , he can move the puck ( unlike beneoit and myers . Dewar is a energy guy and had so many close chances to score . He’s also great on the PK and the last few weeks our PK has been dead last

Domi on 3C is a non-option. Guy was just starting to get the wheels going on wing.
If leafs don’t wake up we could easily lose these next 3 games . We play a team in Calgary that is desperate and fighting for there lives for a playoff spot ( not going to be an easy game ). Then we play the red hot avalanche Wednesday who hammered us last week , then we play the following day against rangers who are also fighting for there lives for a playoff spot . Leafs better wake the f up

2 players NOT moved at the TDL that I wished the Leafs would have gotten:
– Pageau was rumoured to be on the table for two 3rd picks and a player. Pontus Holmberg, EDM 2025 3rd Round Pick
TOR 2026 3rd Round Pick? I prefered him MUCH more than Laughton. Especially with the cost comparison.
– Kastelic – he was NEVER rumoured to be on the move but has been moved from 4th line C to 4th line RW in Boston. He would be top pick for Leafs 4th line C.
Players moved at the TDL:
– Carlo – I loved the Carlo deal. I didn't think Boston would trade in the East and especially not in their own division but they blew that assumption out of the water.
– Frederic – @ $0.575 MIL he would have been great as 3 LW if he can get healthy. Traded for 7th round RH dman, 2nd and 4th picks with a 6th round unsigned 6'5" winger. I wish the Leafs would have matched that: Benning or Kokkonen, FLA 2nd, Pitts 5th with unsigned 6'5" Chebykin (or whoever) to NJ for the $0.565 retention.
-Timmons/Dewar deal was great. I don't expect that they were getting re-signed this summer anyway.
– Reese Johnson was a schrewed trade for the Marlies depth.
Regrets:
– Laughton trade. No question. I had posted here and on PuckPedia over the months that I didn't see the attraction. He has not been a good center as noted by his previous 2 coaches. As a LW, I would have MUCH prefered Frederic for many reasons.

I just heard that Minten is playing well in Boston. Should have not traded him. Leafs should have given Minten more time to develop in the leafs lineup.
Laughton belongs on the 4th line as a winger. Him and Lorentz will look good together.
Player blender = another 1st round exit. I'm already resolving myself to it.
Luke Kunin or C/RW Michael McCarron would been a better fit then Scott Laughton
Losing interest in the Leafs, due too a lack of effort, passion, and determination to WIN, when it means the most? A complete over-haul is needed, in the off-season, for this team!
