He's the MVP for my money. The Avs won 4-2 last night and Mackinnon had a total of 0 pts. Drai is clearly more important to his team than Mack is to his, although Frank Seravelli thinks it's Mack who's a lock for MVP, dont know what he's smoking but I strongly disagree with him.
When you have even average Goaltending the Message works…. realistic expectations say that its time to start pushing for a Merit based future in Edmonton and that means openly saying Pickard is clearly the starter, there are enough games left to turn momentum around, but if the Skinner drama carries on again things may not turn out so well…..keep telling it like it is…Pickards the stability the Team needs and Big Goalies like Skinner are cannon fodder now all over the NHL.
