getting rid of Backes giving us $4.5 million to resign Tory Krug. Plus Kase is signed though to 2021 where he is a RFA.

The Ducks have nothing to lose so why not. Idk why they took Backes. He’s old and past his prime.
ducks do well with late first rounders usually. time will tell. kase is solid top 6 forward at 2.6million.
Alex Anderson is a C prospect in my opinion. I don't see much with this kid. I like the trade.
