  1. Happy for you Wayne, loved watching you play wasn’t happy when you got traded. β€œIT’S A PHILLY THING”

  2. I remember Toronto fans thought he would retire there and work in there organization, I always thought that was crazy! I mean you can still hear that he bleeds orange and black. Like he was never a maple leaf, we just let your borrow him a little while

  3. Yesss! Simmonds and Giroux were the two payers I admired the most. Glad to see him coming back to the Flyers πŸ˜ƒ

  4. Kelly was just like me, a silly grin on my face like a kid at xmas, having the great Wayne the train Simmonds at the same table as you

  5. I loved him right from his first day as a Flyer, not just because his play was always Flyers-esque, but also because I’m a fellow Wayne!

  6. During his 8 years as a Flyer, Wayne Simmonds had more power play goals than everyone in the NHL except Ovechkin. An all-time Flyer.

  7. Miss the days of watching the 17Train riding out for this city…. Wayne is ours! The true epitome of what a flyer is!

  8. So great seeing Wayne retire as a Flyer, and fantastic having him working with the team. πŸ§‘πŸ–€πŸ§‘πŸ–€

  9. The Wayne Train is an absolute legend, for Flyers fans, and one of the most loved to ever rock the orange, and black. When Wayne had the spotlight on any given night, the crowd got a little louder in appreciation (just one of those players that brings all aspects of hockey into one player). I knew he would be back, he was born to be a Philadelphia Flyer.
