Seth, while watching the game last night, they mentioned that Bogo was playing hurt. Why would they do that when there is someone ready to go?
Brodin is skating. Ok, great. For how long though?!?! As soon as he takes a hit, is rubbed out along the boards, or takes a puck anywhere, he's done. Just like Spurge and Ek.
For this roster, it really comes down to durability. Most teams have injuries but not like this group. I watch a Jets game, and their roster is in tac. Same for almost every other team, maybe one injury but not the entire roster at one point or another, especially to top skaters. Can you imagine if the Wild had had a few nick injuries and not week to week injuries what their record might be? If somehow they get healthy and in game shape, the Wild could be a tough punch out. I would rather be a WC any day, period. Jets are the team to beat, they have the pipes covered with Hellebuyck when they make mistakes, no one else has that luxury. I would like to play Vegas if the league lets them play, afraid of the officiating against them but went toe to toe with them in the game I attended 3-2 Vegas.
