  1. he looks so tiny….he will get pushed around, he's massively overrated, better than hischier ? bunch of morons

  2. He just turn 18 a couple of months ago and still has a babyface. When he become a man. Watch out he will be one of the best in the league. I would bet my left nut. Age for Age he's better then Joe Thornton was. He will be in Selke discussion for many years. Think of Kopitar with a better vision.

  3. 3:14 Whats more appeasing: potentially ruin the development of a player to see him this year OR develop the player that is still part of your organization? Kypreos is lucky he played, because he has no idea what he is talking about

  4. Kypreos wanted to trade Mitch Marner a year ago… and he's telling us Kotkaniemi is a future Plekanec? Get out of here bud. Sportsnet should send you to the minors

  5. I am telling right my felling is this kid stays and helps Habs make playoffs this kid is real good to handle all that stuff

  6. Kotka-Poehling-Danault-Plekanec….. not too shabby…could be competitive. Honestly I like Poehling more but we'll see. Kotkaniemi has very good IQ.

  7. All the Jibber Jabber to keep Canadian fans excited. Guess what if we do not watch the garbage these so called -Sports analyst – Wikipedia
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sports_analyst
In sports broadcasting, a sports analyst provides expert discussion of sports-related topics before, during, or after a sporting event. Sports analysts are frequently former athletes who participated in the sport being analyzed. Have no jobs! Give it up clowns!

  8. I would've like to see a super duo of centres in Laval with kotkaniemi and suzuki. Let them carry the team over and make them winners for a season. Giving them responsabilities and quality ice time.

  9. MITCH MARNER WILL FINISH SECOND TO CONNOR IN NHL POINTS THIS YEAR……… ANNNNNNNDDDD WILL END UP WITH MORE CAREER POINTS THAN AUSTIN MATTHEWS! YOU HEARD IT HERE FOLKS AND YOUR WELCOME

  10. I don't think he'll be scoring a lot of goals but he's a terrific playmaker for sure

  11. knowing none of these dudes – I can safely say this analysis is ridiculous – they haven't even watched him properly haha

  12. Eaglecape=Kotkaniemi plays very well, he is like an Eagle, hunts and scores, Flying Finnish Eagle from North. He's gonna be the next big name from Finland, like Saku Koivu was for the team.

  13. Solid 200 foot player, capable offensively but not really a dynamic weapon. Sounds a lot like Johnathan Toews to me. If his name was Doug Canada, these guys would be all over him with praise.

  14. Antti Niemi on goal, then Armia and Kotkaniemi, as a Finn I'd say those are not bad picks at all. Everyone is good at their own game

  15. Like how he calls out the people who were blasting Bergevin for making this pick when literally everyone agreed it was a good pick except Sportsnet.

  16. Kotakenemi certianly could become a superstar if he's already as good as he is guys only 18 and has lots of time to grow and develop.

  17. If he does become a superstar then Montreal doesn't need to draft a lot more to become a contender they also just need there young players right now to develop also.

  18. Comparing Hischer and Kotakenemi is really unfair they both have a completely diffrent situation Hischer has Hall and Palmari but Kotakenemi only has Drouin and thar's really it for good players surrounding him.
