Hello from Omaha; originally from Chester. There is much to be said about our team. What is not often addressed is the power play. This has been the most inept for the last 3 seasons. If we converted more, particularly last year, that may have put us in the playoffs. I understand this is one small element of the game but perhaps hire a different power play coach. Second annoyance is the dump and chase! We loose so many opportunities to keep it in the O-zone. Just my humble opinion. Go Flyers!

Legendary coach but NOT the appropriate one for this team at this moment!!! He & the Power Play coach have to go, like YESTERDAY!!!
Instead of benching players, Torts should dress them in goal

Let's face it, too many players on the Flyers roster are AHL caliber players. Perhaps with the exception of Michkov, everyone else is expendable. Bad GMs (Clarke, Hextall, Fletcher, etc.) and horrible long-term contracts has set this team back for decades. Never liked Torts and hopefully he will be gone at end of year. Hope Danny B can turn things around in a few years and not let this team become Buffalo Sabres v2.0.
Why is she on this podcast?
What is the team rebuilding on? From Hextall's idea? Fletcher's mistakes? Tort's philosophy pf "being tough to play against?" Once the answer/information is clear then we see why the culture is lacking, leadership is invisible (since Giroux was here), and why the team has learned nothing on how to stop these long losing streaks.
80% of this nightmare is Chuck Fletchers cause, the Ellis, Hayes etc big contracts on crap players, injured players etc, bad drafting
maybe the Flyers can win the lotterey. I've always liked Torts and thought a tough, smart hockey mind was needed when he was hired. But now, he has worn out his welcome. I think the Frost/Farabee trade has his fingerprints all over it…two guys who were floundering under Torts and the return was basically freeing up cap space…..maybe Pelletier will develop but Danny needs to show some aggressiveness in the offseason. Use the Farabee contract and Frost's contract savings to make some moves. They have to take a chance with trades and free agent signings. Would love to see them trade a big name vet, like TK or Sanheim.

Every coach has a "system" BUT a Good/Better coach also coaches to a player's Strength's.
Can't treat everyone the same but you can treat everyone Fair. Also fire Rocky or at least scratch him for bad performance!
When they win everyone complains that this team is ruining the rebuild. When they lose you wanna fire people because they are losing. I mean make up your minds
