Curious to see that prospect Benson amongst his peers next year in the AHL.
Poltapov is following in the same footsteps of Panarin and Kaprizov and interestingly he has similar stats as Panarin at the same age. It's a shame about Neuchev he started to come on. Ostlund might be the best player next year coming up to Buffalo after Kulich this year. You forgot about Komarov and Novikov. Both are big both are physical but to me it seems both need another year of seasoning. I can't wait until Calder Cup playoffs to see how they handle the pressure.
In the latest MT podcast, the MT coach indicated that Sardarian came to MT specifically to try to earn a pro contract. The way the coach was talking made it sound like Sardarian is moving on regardless of what happens, and also said that he might have to change his game a bit to have anything beyond a minor league career. Sabres could sign him, but he may have to start in the ECHL given that the Amerks are battling for first overall.
