Hungarian sounds like gibberish to Slovaks and Hungarians used to oppress Slovaks for a time, so it has a slightly negative undertone if you catch my drift. pretty funny to hear him say that, although, truth be told, we say it without meaning anything bad these days, it's just a phrase to express somebody is speaking gibberish. just thought it might be an interesting language insight for people wondering why he said "hungarian guy".
