I’m 10 minutes into this podcast and just hearing about state tax pisses me off. The cap should not calculate taxes, that should the teams problems behind the scenes. You’re a Canadian team and want to max out the cap then you have to eat the taxes that come with that, but every team in the league is even and team like Dallas, Tampa, Florida don’t get players at a discount because those players take home more money. That might be a ridiculous ask and might not work but the salary cap was put in to narrow the gap between rich teams and poor teams, how can they not find a way to even the playing field on taxes.
Landeskog is one of the captains that has my respect. Something happens with a teammate he's the first one there stepping up
