Why move on from kupp which is their leader that knows the offense. Id guess the problem is Puka and Kupp strengths are both out the slot?
I typically buy into your theories on QB / Coach combos. But I would love to hear your reasoning on why Chicago hasn't taken that step with Ben Johnson, Caleb, Joe T (Guard KC,) Jackson (G, Phi,) Dahlan (C, ATL/ Draft? ), Smythe (TE) and probably adding either OL help or Ashton G in the draft to go along with two fantastic talents at WR's ? I know the history in CHI. But what do you see missing? I believe Poles has been meticulous in his plans to catch up with the league offensively and would like to hear your opinion. Which I respect greatly.

I'm a Chiefs fan, and I wouldn't call Nick Bolton a "very rangy" LB. In fact he's the opposite. He's a great leader, VERY smart, the QB of a complicated Spags Defense, can diagnose quickly, and trigger downhill. Great tackler. He has all the intangibles. It's the physical limitations he has as an athlete that are really the ONLY concern. He's a polarizing player in Chiefs Kingdom. He went to Mizzou, so a large portion of the fanbase loves him from that. But it's split close to 50/50 id say, people either love him, or can't stand him. Cuz truth is, he does get exposed in coverage rather often. He's not very bursty, he can't get sideline to sideline very well. He can get outrun by average athletes… 🤷 It's kind of a shrug emoji type signing for me. He racks up a lot of tackles cuz he plays middle linebacker. That's kind of the obvious job at that spot, like catching the ball for WRs. But he gives up a lot of plays too. I wish we could have got him a little cheaper, like 11-13.5ish rather than 15mil/year… But it is what it is. Good for him

I still think my Rams we need to get an All-Pro defensive lineman but there's not a lot of those to go around.
I think we'll benefit from having a veteran on the defensive line we have a lot of young hungry talented defensive players.
I'm proud of them but we definitely need veteran leadership in that locker room and experience so we have to address that.
And we need to stop having slow starts in the beginning of the Season enough with the 1-3, 1-4 starts no more and we're going to need a quarterback for the future we need a Young quarterback.

Wasn't Cooper kupp just banged up last year I mean wasn't it like two maybe three seasons ago he won the trifecta yards catches touchdowns for a receiver isn't in devonte's a lot older than him so isn't it kind of a downgrade
Bit of revisionism there about old QBs going to teams and being the saviour. Bucs were 7-9 in 2019 before Brady so no they were not a good team. Brady also attracted a lot of stars they weren't already there before he signed. Do better Colin
Overrated Darnold to Seattle is Great news for Rams and 49ers. The simple fact that clownherd likes him is a proof he`s Not a good Qb.
Advance Adams is old whereas Metcalf is not. Metcalf is much better too. So, I have no issues with the Steelers signing him to a 5 year deal as opposed to Adams 1 year deal.
