They have been inconsistent as hell. Why can’t they clean up their defensive play. All offensive not defensive play. 2 on 1’s when we have a power play? I predict oilers out during 1st round playoffs. They just won’t play a solid 60 minute game. Try to out score mistakes. Goalies have lost confidence in the players in front of them but goalies have to stop stoppable shots…
Stan Bowman needs to be busy in the off season getting rid of unproductive players. Trade Bouchard for a true #2 defenseman. We can’t be paying Bouchard $10 million a season for the effort he puts in defensively.
7 forwards that don’t score and don’t play consistent defense. We know who they are!
Use 2 defenseman on the power play. Sit Bouchard if he continues to turn over the puck or doesn’t back check and cover a man in our own zone! Turn overs can be greatly reduced. Start sitting players!
