Well that says it all about the Wings and hope for this season, they obvious can't score and the PP is looking weak, Yzerman and his chumps like Draper and Maltby better be fired. Lets get Holland back to work some magic.

This is going to continue to happen until Yzerman makes moves to make this team better, and currently he just refuses to do so.
They're stuck in no mans land. Not bad enough to sign top draft picks, but not good enough to acquire top assets.
Nobody is asking him to go all in and sign the second coming of Wayne Gretzky. However, makes some moves to bolster our defense and center spots!!!!!!

A few minutes after the tying goal, the Wings fell back into a loop of unforced turnovers, and inexplicably failed breakouts. They lost several minutes that they could have used to build more momentum. I remember saying after Larkin scored that they should easily break 50 shots on goal. And I think it's fair to say if they had, they would have won. It's those chunks of the game where they suddenly forget how to play that really kill them.
One yzerman did nothing again to help the team. Two a bad call on sieder didn’t help. Three. Man the team can’t kill a penalty. But it’s hard to get upset with a team that had 48 shots. Sometimes that happens. They tried pretty hard to win this. Under Lalonde 48 shots is 3 games worth.
It’s not heartbreak anymore – it’s expected! SY keeps the dregs of the NHL and even took on one mor3 in Marek – THE worst goalie in the league.
EVEN WORSE – he could not trade for Cozens while SY- but Ottawa did. Guess who scored one of the two goals that beat Detroit last night? – COZENS!!!!!!
This along with what was going thru his mind getting the UFA’s a couple years ago – ALL OF WHOM are useless as boobs on a bull!
Then – a little more salt in the wound – Vancouver trades for Walman – and gives SJ a first round pick! This was DRW 1st line D man – then all of a sudden – ! And to get rid of him- SY thru in a second round pick D man – Gibson – who is SURE to be a very good D man in the NHL?!?!!!?!!!
They should’ve signed Reaves. Bring up Watson. Get rid of Ras and some other boring bum. Give this team a pulse.
If Yzerman makes any more bad moves, or no moves, this offseason then he should be fired.

Brian I can't believe you forgot, Red Wings legend Jakub Vrana wore 15, same with their old assistant coach Doug Houda. Dallas Drake wore 15 during his first stint with the Wings. Martin Lapointe and Jason Williams also wore it.
Most importantly Darren McCarty AND! Thomas Holmstrom used to wear number 15 before changing their numbers.

They sat Berggren and played Tarasenko. That need not ever happen again. Tarasenko is flat out awful. He can be in the right place at the right time but it means F all if he can’t do anything with the puck. Berggren can at least make plays and shoots prolifically
