Now, the bruins are trying to kiss and make up with the fan base for their trade of Brad; kissy kissy while they Finger-F you in the back, and yet, they can only muster a segment that is only 1.50 minutes of highlights.. What a shame, management and coaching need an enema. You've let Chara go, you let Marchand go, you lost McQuaid, Recci, Boychuk…all the deep heart of Boston and their strength; empty shell and management is clueless. Barely keeping a 500 mark on games you re-hire two schmoes that you let go earlier?
This is like getting married and finding out your wife (management) has been sleeping around since your engagement. They are just chimps in the space capsule, clicking buttons.

Marshand has as much will to win as anyone I've ever seen, sometimes too much. If he's healthy, he makes anyone a better team. Whether FLA keeps him after the playoffs will be interesting to see. I'd love to see him sign his final contract with Boston so he retires a Bruin, but that is who knows how far off. Good luck Marshy!

Just goes to show, some GM's Will be learning to pick up the phone and make offers, even though they think they might not get the player. This deal is an example of that. Never say never pick up the phone and make the call. Still can't believe it

Life long Bruins fan going back to the early 70's. We love and will miss our "little ball of hate"……..now get that Cup.
I lived in Florida during the Panthers fantastic '96 Stanley Cup run. Still have my Vanbiesbrouck jersey (and a good bit of memorabilia). I was a Boston fan living in South Florida. When we got an NHL team, I was ecstatic. Had a home team to support, and got to see the B's every now and then to boot! The first couple of years were fun, but that run was so much fun to be there for! (Not to mention the rats 😛 )
I've since moved away from there. With this trade, it's time to dig out my old "Beezer" jersey, and cheer on the Cats once again. I hope you guys win it all. It would be great to see Marchy win another championship. He's a beast in the playoffs, and will be a great addition! Go Cats!

If Marchand left boston to have a chance for him to win a cup, it's a very selfish thing for him to do. How can you be happy to win a cup if it's not with your team. If you are helping another team, the florida Panthers, to win a cup, I would rather not win a cup and stay loyal to my own team.
