Patrick, how sick was that game? Gosh and yikes! Is Walman a keeper or what? He looked like a mixture of Devon Toews and Drew Doughty out there! Gotta admit that the trades are working out, so far. Still a lot of work, but hey there's still 20 odd games left right?
Not even gonna blame Skinner for this one. Defensive meltdowns in front of the guy, and one just brutally bad luck goal. For a moment though, I honestly though they were going to piss this one away.

It was a hectic game to watch but it was great to see some secondary scoring. Walman looked like he fit right in on the defense and with getting Ekholm back soon will really help a lot too. I think Klingberg with Kulak will most likely be the third pairing now with Emberson being in there also.
Excited for the energy that Jones brings. The skill and experience of Walman is fantastic!! He blocked a pass and shot within 2 seconds on one play. That 3rd period I equate to squeezing the last bit of toothpaste out of a tube. The Oilers still had some ugly play to get out of their system. They are very entertaining to watch again. Thanks for the work in your channel.
Oilers have to score high cause their defense is lacking and they give up too many goals, they better fix this problem before the playoffs
