Not sure if it's a underestimation on GWS or an overestimation on Collingwoods ability but I could see GWS smashing this game from some time ago. People forget how good GWS are and how well they can transition the ball from back to forward.

Coach them on how to kick straight and work together- they looked lost.

Not gonna lie, it just looks like Collingwood's been worked out and the tactics they used in their premiership year no longer stand up against contenders. They also look slow and unfit currently

As a Collingwood supporter that was really hard to watch. I actually turned it off at the start of the last quarter , something I never do. It was so frustrating and I was totally bored with what we dished up. If that's an example of the 2025 Collingwood then we are going to struggle big time this year and certainly won't make finals.
Really poor conditioning Collingwood didn’t look fit? Fly said the players were setting all these records in the gym and running in training. They looked really slow

Only upsides is Perryman is a handy recruit, McInnes has adjusted to the defensive role well and Allan has made huge strides in his development… that’s it

Well I suppose Craig has to come up with something to say.
But we were at the same game …
What we saw was ,
Collingwood got smashed by an opposition that was faster than them.
Disappointing as that is for us as supporters, the score board is the reality.
We need 14 wins to achieve 56 points for a top 8 finals spot
Based on today’s performance it is hard to see how that can be achieved
The corridor , at times, was like an open freeway for Giants today.
And when the corridor was not available, they just ran around us …
And yes, we did have the inside 50’s , but with all the so called ‘experience’ on the ground, it didn’t amount to much.
I have been a supporter all my life … and I understand teams have their great times and their lows.
My sense of it is we are on the way down and a fundamental reason for that is the age and stage of career for some of our greats.
The coaching staff have obviously committed to a strategy of ‘older seasoned players.
It will be interesting to see what the coaching staff can now come up with under that strategy that they, the coaching staff have come up with.
Having said all this, Craig maybe getting ‘feedback’ as he described it …
But we as supporters, also got feedback back too … we see with our eyes, and feel with our hearts…
We were there in numbers, and from memory we got the chant happening twice …
Outside of that, there was nothing to chant for …

Coaches can’t abuse/intimidate opposition players. Apparently he yelled abuse at a Giants player who was tagging Nick Daicos. The media didn’t ask this question. If this actually happened , then McRae should be fined at least $20k , just like other coaches in the past.
