The Calgary Flames haven’t done much leading up to the trade deadline. They’ve declined offers on players like Nazem Kadri and Rasmus Andersson but are also looking to extend players like Joel Hanley. There hasn’t been a whole lot of commotion coming from Craig Conroy. They’ve declared for the playoff race but just aren’t doing anything to help the short or long term picture. What are the Calgary Flames doing? I like Hanley a lot, but I agree with you. It makes sense to trade him at 33 years old. I’d love for this team to get younger and faster
