weak goals…broduer or roy would have stopped them all
next game hill should start…out of a possible 3 points… 2 points
is barely acceptable …start hill…and bennett
The hometown goalie who regularly has to make 10-bell saves in the building will never even get to back up the starter.
Why Hill wouldn’t go in now is beyond me. At least one of those goals needed to be stopped.
The second goal he should’ve stopped, he wasn’t totally ready for the shot, Hill for next game.
The first 2 goals were easy stops for any goalie of caliber, and his legs were shaky all game. Get Bingington out before it's too late. The guy isn't a quality goaltender.
Hill
Why is it when other teams score many say this goal should have been stop or that goal, But when Canada scores it a great play or shot . Both Marner and Stone's goals where just as weak
Tighten up the giveaways like D doughtey and we be fine
Binnington allowed 2 ugly goals I could count (2nd and 3rd Sweden ones) while defence could’ve been much better. That said, a win’s a win, and in the end that is what ultimately matters on whether Canada’s 4 Nations team ends up in the final or at best in 3rd.
I was at the game. There’s absolutely no reason that this game even went to overtime. Even when they got scored on Canada was in control, and it was still a tight game. I was somehow never scared they would lose but you just don’t want to be scared to give the shooter the shot on a 2 on 1, which they did (as they should) and made me very nervous
Mitch had the overtime goal
US will light him up
Binnington made incredible saves in overtime, but Canada doesn’t need that. They gave up literally one or two high danger chance all game in regulation which was a goal. They just need to not get scored on on low danger shots and this team will beat anyone. This coulda been an easy breezy 4-1 game and in certainly felt like that with how they played. I’m happy the bad goals didn’t affect them😊
No. He should not start the next game.
I thought Marner as the 2nd star was odd. MacKinnon had a goal and was all over the puck every shift
Canada has a weakness and it is in goal. You cant win with a weakness.
Pucks are going in the middle of the net because the goalie is getting screened. Thats a D problem, not a G problem.
Hill starts next game and see how that works out. One weak goal for sure.
Binnington sucks at hockey and as a person.
Made amazing saves in OT. Sure the first 2 goals weren't great but you gotta stick with Binnington. He's gonna get better as the tournament goes on
Give hill a chance .
Geekiest host on tv is J…
No. This game never should jave gone to OT. come on
Should’ve brought Eric Comrie smh
No he looked weak.. and marner did nothing all game except the goal.. leafs dump marner…
no thanks.
Hes underestimating the Swedish team heavily.. "Expecting a 6-1 game for Canada"
"After Forslings goal….." it was Brodin dude
Best vs the best – its pretty much always a coinflip, thats the reality
You cant expect France to easily win the World Cup because they have the best players on paper…
Please start Binnington against USA lol!
I hope not, bitchington is garbage.
Hell no…2 soft goals deflated canada
MONTY MONTY MONTY MONTY !!!!
Binnington stays in all the way
Uhm, Marner scored in OT, Sid assisted, twice they referred to "the Crosby goal in OT!"
They might live to regret not bringing Thompson. Hope I'm wrong.
Tell one of them Not to be Selfish!
they should put thompson or kuemper … oh wait
Avg goaltender
He has looked shakey ,can't play him in the finals.
