I don’t understand how it’s a steal. Lauko already struggled in Boston and we already won’t give Lysell and Merk real shots. Neither of these guys have the ceiling merk or Lysell have.

Did you not watch the game tonight? The roster wasn't what we want but we held sustainable pressure all game. The bruins were the better team for at least the last 40 minutes. They missed the net way more than you want to see but they played a great game

So we traded a 4th liner for 2 4th liners? Massive! The wild played that kid on every line and he did nuthin. We now have the largest collection of 4th liners in the nhl.
The loss of Braz is no big deal. Early on he showed a knack for using his size and reach for getting to loose pucks around the crease. But once he stopped using that ability, he was only noticed when he fell down – which he did a lot. We know Lauko brought it every shift from his previous time in Boston. The other guy involved is wait and see. I wouldn't call it a "heist" just yet until we see what he adds to the club. He's supposed to be fast with skill and tenacity. Both these guys add intangibles Braz does not possess. On that level, the Bs come out on top.
