You all in these comments switch up on Nuge regularly. Whole fanbase hates him every time he has a bad spot for the last decade and a half damn near. Days when he isnāt on the ice, an effect on the morale of the team is clearly shown- same with style of play. Even when heās not producing, heās a big piece of the team. Iām sorry this team not going anywhere without a starting goalie, sharks or other bottom team constantly got bailed out by their goalie, they canāt even make a pass, but somehow they only lose by 1 goal or in overtime. Goalie is the most importantly position in game, please for love of god, get a goalie
I never understood oilersā fans the love and sensitivity for Nuge. He has been soft and average player in his NHL career. He is a complimentary player when you have the likes of 97 and 29. Imagine if oilers didnāt win the Macdavid lottery and him being our second line centre..
