Pickard let in 4 goals in 7 shots, including a couple of real stinkers that showed that he wasn't even ready for the shots, to finish the game with a .636 SV%. Skinner came in and was slightly better with an .875 SV%. Meanwhile, Dostal posted a very respectable .943 SV%–and Stan Bowman says that goaltending is not a priority for Edmonton…
It seems the Oilers are beginning to gel just at the right time and McDavid is finding his groove. They need to work a bit more on being able to score even without a man advantage and they'll be golden.
Hope the Oilers move to Quebec soon

I don’t understand how Anaheim loses 6-3 at home against a lousy Chicago team but then goes to Alberta and thoroughly beats the Oilers 6-2.

Oilers are such an overrated team. Terrible goaltending, terrible defence and terrible depth scoring.
They pretty much won a Stanley Cup with the same goalies they've got. They don't get much help in front of our net. Our defense is also garbage. And just because I'm an Oilers fan I'm not favoring them in Stanley Cup finals last year. It's just our goals for were like 23- 15 against Florida last year. That's a terrible win for Florida. They got lit up like a Christmas tree but still somehow won the Stanley Cup. Lol. Like you don't see that normally . Even 7 game series the winning team has more goals for… And if they don't it's within a couple goals. But 23 goals for like F me!! 😂. 2 goals of Pickards by the way we're weird goals. Like 1 if them banked of 3 players and in. Find it funny how they pulled him tho. But Skinner gets lit up like that all the time and keep him in the net. I really hope Pickard still gets the next start.

Amazing bounce back W by the Ducks. Loved the effort…hounding pucks, forcing turnovers, and skating/passing with speed and purpose. Another huge game tomorrow against a sinking Canucks and it’s a 4pt gap to the wild card spot!

Kids got it done tonight. Zegras adds so much dynamism, Leo's been cooking since the break, Gauthier-McTavish-Colangelo line was unreal tonight and LaCombe looks like a borderline star at this point
