What about Mario Ferraro of San Jose? I was very impressed with his play last night and I've heard his name as being on the block as well. I think the Leafs would make a bigger pitch for him than for Luke Kunin. I also think he's just what they need on D right now and they should act fast before he lands somewhere else.
I don’t think blues are going to do anything not trade Brayden because they been making a push and barely on the outside of playoffs and as a blues fan I know it’s gonna be a “we just started to jell together we don’t want to ruin it with a trade”
I swear, if VGK gets Schenn it's going to make hockey world explode. Every year they make the big name acquisition. And if they get him I guess that also means Adin Hill is gone next season.

You're a nice guy, but you should skip hockey and become a comedy writer. You've got Edmonton picking up five players, Toronto and Tampa Bay both picking up four. The Leafs currently have no cap space, Edmonton and Tampa both have roughly five million dollars. How are you going to make those trades work? What underperforming stiff do you think another team will be willing to take off their hands to clear cap space? Of the 16 teams currently above the playoff line, only seven still have their first round pick in the 2025 draft. Those teams are Detroit, Washington, Carolina, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Los Angeles and Columbus, the Jackets have two first round selections. There are already two teams (Florida and Vegas) that have dumped their first rounder in 2026. Are you serious? Columbus has two first rounders to offer and $20 million in cap space and you don't think they're going to be making an upgrade? I know you want the Leafs to win the Cup, but if they can work one trade, they'll be lucky.

Evans just resigned for 4 years. Also as a Jets fan, we don't need a winger, what we really need is a 2nd line center cause Vladdy isn't gonna cut it long term. Or we need to count on Lambert or Perfetti to take that role. I'm hoping for Brayden Schenn or Nelson.
