  1. With the #Sabrehood trying to trade Henri Jokiharju, who'd welcome a move, they continue to get calls on others, including Alex Tuch, who has 1 more year left on his contract. Word is Buffalo's set a very high price. They prefer to keep him, unless a team is willing to overpay. From David Pagnotta

  2. From trade rumor last yesterday leafs maybe work on Deal to aquire C Peyton Krebs and RD Henri Jokiharju at double retained that is 775k aav for leafs from Sabres for C David Kampf and RD Conner Timmins and picks or Prospects and leafs could get extra 1.35m in cap space if true or not we will see?

  3. Leafs had pro scout at both Sabers vs habs Saturday in buffalo and Sunday in Montreal games this weekend from Michael Augello a Sabers insider and David Pagnotta has said it true that leafs did have a scout at both games and both Sabers and Habs

  4. Sorry, but GMs do not reveal the truth to the public about their trade plans. Their obligation is to their teams, not the media. Of course the media including YouTubers just make crap up,

  5. I hope Treliving doesnt do a thing.
There's no one out there worth giving up the farm for.
Parayko was the closest, and now he's off the market.
We need a second line centre, and a solid D man.
Unfortunately imo i dont see anyone available that would truly make the Leafs better without coming at an enormous cost.

  6. Leafs would be vety smart to keep their picks and prospects unless the player is young. We dont need anymore old guys. Thanks .

  7. I am quite disappointed with Tree's comments. If he continues to adopt this conservative and timid approach, making only minor rental moves like last season, I would prefer that he retains the picks and allows the team to enter the playoffs as-is. If they fail to advance beyond the first round and are solely relying on the coach to instigate significant change, then Tree can expect to have a new boss.

  8. It’s got nothing g to do with who’s still in the mix. He wants players for nothing. Just because teams may miss the playoffs doesn’t mean their prices will drop for the players they have on the market. Anti up if you want something you gotta give something

  9. Sounds like BT is making excuses in advance of not going much of anything. Doing nothing big is his MO.

  10. I really hope brad does something. If I’m him I am using Cowan and Minten and our 2nd round picks . They need a package deal . Nelson Dobson , cozens / byram , Schenn parayko , ROR Schenn , Laughton ristolainen
    McCann Oleksiak ,

  11. I really hope they get a package deal . What I think they will do is get Laughton . He’s cheap , from Toronto and he’s got next year under contract which is key . He’s not a rental . Then I think they will get a depth s man maybe. Savard , ferarro, Oleksiak , someone of that type

  12. Trades are why the leafs are not serious about wining. They keep guys like reaves around for what? They need defence but never get that number one guy. They pay 6 guys all the money and have to settle for leftovers for the rest why is shanahan still here? One injury away from a goalie nightmare. Why is murray still here? Soon all the big cash guys will be on the downside while paying even more . They will be lucky to win one round.

  13. We need some size up front and I hear Alex Tuch is available and has another year left. Ryan Mcleod would be a better choice for 3rd line Center. Greenway is also available(9.85 mil). Having to sign Byram would they part with Samuelsson. Buffalo is a good fit as lots of cap space. Domi, Kampf, Jarnkrok, Robertson and Reaves (9.85) mil. add Fraser Minten, 2025 2nd. If they would part with Samuelsson add Ben Danford and change 2025 2nd to a 2027 1st.

  14. The leafs are not short on assets to make a trade work, they have a few very promissing players in the system already, it's the finacial component thats troubling,
