trade Brodzinsky to play young prospects
Not for nothing but Jimmy vesey was a good 4th liner. He’s gotten better the last few years. Rangers have issues with developing young players. We giving all the youth away cause they aren’t producing but I feel it’s the rangers organizations fault not the players
At least the “Warrior, 55” has a better chance of winning a cup before this organization.
Makes you wonder what kind of team Drury will leave the new coach and new GM next season after they are gone ! Drury sat on his hands all summer then goes and dismantle the persona of the franchise.
It's a decent trade but playoff aspirations? I call that a strech. Just like what Calvin said. Boatload of talent. But drury ran trouba out. Kinda low balled kakko. Trading the future for Miller. And getting rid of another set of locker room stability for fill in guys. I dont think upgrading Miller from chytyl really changes much. Sure our top 6 is much better but at some times Filip showed he can even man the 2nd line… so these 4 trades makes me questiong what direction we are going. 2 rebuild trades, a retool trade, and an upgrade trade…. the trades are OK, but just the fact we were in this position does make me even more question what the he'll is Peter lavioate doing.
Last point here is, why are we signing will.borgen when we have Braden Schnider. I liked the way will has played but we have a terrible roster makeup and adding another right shot d man to our group is not going to solve any problems…. it's clear we have had not a formidable top 6 RW In years. Kakko shows he is capable being a top 6 guy so to me that trade is an L. Team has to many flaws to even be thinking about playoffs. Fans complaing about a ECF loss… it's going to be a Long offseason and It looks like.our window has closed immediately.
Fox dosent look the same. Krider not in his prime. And Alex laffriner and KAM please get off this team. I had no problem with lindgren trouba or kakko but seems like the team I'd going in a different direction.
