  1. this is how we lose our captain – if i were quinn and this is our trajectory, i d bolt n go NJD where he has buy in from his own bros at minimum

  2. They are awful! Time for a rebuild. Let's not kid ourselves. Hughes has two years in his contract, but it's no use keeping him around for a rebuild, so get a ton of. return for him and just think about the next four or five years.

  3. Tocchet can’t coach offence, and I’m getting tired of this dump and chase system. I don’t even know anymore, it’s a miracle that this team is even in a wild card spot. I expect to see moves made until the next Canucks game.

  4. If the Canucks aren't going to build around Hughes with a cup contender, yes trade him. He deserves to be on a winning team as one if not the best Dman in the league. And obviously JT wasn't the problem. JT is playing well in NYR. Petey lost a clear faceoff which ended up a goal against. Why is Canucks still playing him? At this point he's doing more harm to the team than helping.

  5. They shouldnt trade EP40. They should give him away! Zero shots again and making 11.6. Hughes is as good as gone the longer management sits on their hands and do nothing. Pettersson appears to be playing as though hes trying to get Tocchet fired.

  6. its sad to believe i actually had hope for EP40buy him out! and poor hughes just trade him he doesn't deserve to be on this horrible team if we cant suuround him with good player might as well ship him out to New jersey

  7. Quinn Hughes best in franchise history. Joke? Still… this topic after the captain having a bad game and being responsible for several turn overs and 2 of krakens goals.

  8. Jersey can barely pull it together with the talented roster they have. Quinn hughes is fantastic, but how much is he going to push the needle on a team that's already that deep and still can't do anything with it?
