Those refs need to be fired
That's 3 times in the last 5 games that the refs missed a call on the wings. This is ridiculous. How the ref missed that high stick is beyond me.
Almost 50 shots on net, one hell of a comeback and it's all ruined because of the Refs – what else is new? This is actually one of the uncommon instances where the ref directly determined the outcome of the game.
Refs throw another game. Absolutely embarrassing for the NHL.

Yay, of course the refs blow it on a national stage. The high stick couldn’t have been more obvious. That’s the only reason he gets the breakaway. Red Wings completely hosed.
Red Wings have been getting screwed over the last couple of games. This is just like the Lions in the 2010’s getting screwed over by the NFL

Typical, non call what a god damn joke. The Wings got screwed. The Ref was right there looking at the play. Looks like a fix to me. The high stick took Edvinsson out of the play. No Ferraro the Wings got divinely shafted. The Gary Bettman funny league strikes again. If the refs did their job for once, the Wings would have had a PP with 2 minutes and a chance to win it. ESPN I believe also wanted the Jackets to win.
Thats should have been a penalty it's getting crazy with these refs missing all these calls.

The fix was in before the game even started…. The massive Johnny jersey doing laps around the arena… Walking in dressed like him… Wife leading team out… Commentators talking about divine play and seasons like theres a ghost making a hockey team not suck.
I dont watch a lot of jackets games (spoiler… Neither do people in Ohio they had the 3rd worst attendance last season… Below teams like the Ducks and Buffalo)… But im starting to see how the team who constantly is outshot manages to keep scoring 5+ goals all the time.

That was a hell of a game. I really enjoyed it (up to the non call of course) Allllllllll the momentum our way that third period. We were winning that game, especially when we should have had a PP at the end there. The Wings deserve better outcome than this.
